What report do you need?
In order to repay your Help to Buy loan you will need a valuation report carried out professional valuer. The report must meet the following requirements:
1. The valuer must be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
2. The valuer will need to provide sufficient comparable evidence to meet the required criteria

Valuation fees
We can arrange your valuation with clear fixed fees with no hidden extras.
Property up to £500,000 | £299 inc. VAT
Property over £500,000 | £399 inc. VAT
Payment will be made directly to e.serv at when your valuation appointment is booked.
Government restrictions mean your valuation is valid for 3 months only.
If you require an extension then this is charged at £150 as a new desktop appraisal is required.
